Deepal is Changan Automobile's premium EV brand, launched in 2023 to target buyers of electric and extended-range (REEV) vehicles. The S05 and S07 models combine long-range batteries with a REEV (Range Extender EV) option that eliminates range anxiety. Designs are technologically ambitious, featuring large panoramic displays and advanced connectivity. In Egypt, Deepal was launched by GB Auto in August 2025 and quickly became the leader of the EV segment, capturing 37.4% of EV sales in Q1 2026. In Morocco, Deepal is distributed through local Changan partners.
