MG (Morris Garages), heir to the iconic British sports car brand founded in 1924, is now a subsidiary of SAIC (Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation). Repositioned as an accessible technology-forward SUV and sedan brand, MG's Egyptian lineup covers the ZS, HS, ONE, 5, 7, and the MG 4 EV. In Egypt, MG has been distributed since 2017 by Mansour Automotive, with 39 sales centers and 20 service centers across the country. It ranks 4th nationally by volume at 9.1% market share (7-month 2025 data, +24% growth). SAIC has invested USD 135 million in local Egyptian manufacturing. MG is also represented in Morocco through an official dealer network.
